Jacksonville, FL—Lifestyles Realtors was a multiple winner at this year’s Laurel Awards, the annual honors for excellence in the residential building and real estate industry. The awards are bestowed by the Northeast Florida Association of Builders and are highly coveted because, like the Oscars for film, they represent top recognition by peers in the business.
Chief among the awards presented to Lifestyles Realtors was “Best Brochure for a Builder/Community,” which cited the company for its design of a multi-page brochure for The Reserve at Pointe Meadows, a condominium community on the Southside.
“The strategy of the brochure was to create a vision of the community that would position it above the competition and make it appeal to the young professionals and empty nesters who live, work and play in the area,” said Katie Armstrong, director of marketing for Lifestyles Realtors. “Its targeted message, combined with subtle graphics and strong pictorials, unfolds over several pages and telegraphs a sales message that definitely appealed to the target audience. The community sold out in record time.”
Several of Lifestyles Realtors’ sales associates also received Laurel Awards in recognition of outstanding annual sales performances. Margi Petitt won the Million Dollar Circle Award for top sales associate employed by a broker. Petitt produced sales in excess of $10 million in 2004.
Other Million Dollar Circle Awards went to Rosemary Naughton for achieving annual sales in the $7 to 10 million range, and to Sam Morgan for sales in the $5 to 7 million range. Sherri Beno was singled out for top sales production in the $3 to 5 million category.
