Mercedes Homes has opened a new model home, The Olivia Cay, in the community of Seagrove on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine. The Olivia Cay features 1,854 square feet of living space, including three bedrooms and two baths.
“Olivia Cay is an updated version of a traditional Florida-style home,” said Heather Forshee, marketing director of Mercedes Homes. “Homebuyers love this floorplan because it blends retro design with contemporary features. It’s a classic Florida home in a classic Florida town.”
Residents of Seagrove have acess to a Towne Center, swim club and the amenity center. Outdoor activities such as tennis, fishing, canoeing and kayaking are also available.
Mercedes Homes has an inventory of 28 new homesites.
Homebuyers can select from six well-designed floor plans that range from 1,568 to 2,240 square feet. Two of these plans are one-story homes and four are two-story homes. All are designed in the style of a Key West beach cottage with metal accent roofs, front porches and pavered driveways. Prices for new homes in Phase II of Seagrove begin in the mid $400s.
