Morrison Homes has several of its recently unveiled new home designs under construction and available for move-in in Fall Creek, a new neighborhood at OakLeaf Plantation.

“The new home designs from our Bronze Series are generating a lot of excitement from buyers,” said Vice President of Sales and Marketing Tracy Noble. “Fall Creek is a charming new neighborhood which is nicely complimented by our new home designs. We are excited to offer buyers homes from this collection with the added bonus of a quick delivery.”

Designs from Morrison Homes’ Bronze Series feature open floor plans including vaulted ceilings, cultured marble garden tubs and separate custom showers in the owner’s retreat, and textured stucco on the exterior of the homes.

Among the homes available for quick delivery are Morrison Homes’ 1,558-square foot Nassau II floor plan, the 1,732-square-foot Sterling floor plan, and the 1,916-square-foot Manchester design. The Sterling, Manchester and Nassau all feature three bedrooms, two baths and a single-story design. Prices for these inventory homes start in the $200s.

Homebuyers may also select from several other designs by Morrison Homes that range from 1,558 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths to 2,824 square feet with four bedrooms and three and a half baths.

Visitors to OakLeaf Plantation may tour Morrison Homes’ Nassau and Yorkshire models in the community of Litchfield, and their Cambridge model on Model Row, to better visualize their families in their new Morrison home.
