Thursday marked the end of an era and the beginning of another for the leadership of the Jacksonville Bar Association. JBA president Reginald Luster (left) officially passed his responsibilities to Alan Pickert as the new president of the JBA for the next year. Also sworn in at the JBA’s annual membership luncheon were new members of the JBA’s Board of Governors and president-elect Kelly Mathis.
