Kollar Brothers recently unveiled plans for Amelia Bay, a Nassau County community of 39 custom building lots, including sites with views across salt marshes and a creek that meanders through the marsh grasses.

The minimum one-acre lots are priced from under $100,000 to $340,000 depending upon location and view, with most sites backing up to nature preserves for maximum privacy.

“This will be the perfect community for building a dream home, with breezes blowing from across the Intracoastal Waterway bringing the tangy scent of the ocean and the salt marsh with it,” said David Robbins of Victoria Robbins Realty, marketers of the community.

The community is off A1A on Nassauville Rd. (CR 107).

Owner/developer Buddy Kollar has been active in Jacksonville for more than 30 years building custom homes and developing land. Some of Kollar Bros.‚ latest projects include Little Andrews Island, St. Johns by the Sea and The Island.
