Lifestyles Realtors has announced its sales for calendar year 2004 and the solid results add up to another impressive finish by the three-year-old residential real estate company headquartered in Jacksonville Beach.
With 2004 sales posted at a record $269 million, the company more than tripled its previous year’s sales of $84 million. It also expanded its sphere of local market influence with last September’s acquisition of Sawgrass Real Estate, Inc.
“We’re delighted by these results because they are a testament to the robust strength of this market,” said Michael Bugg, president and founder of Lifestyles Realtors. “More importantly, they validate the hard work and commitment of our team members. The diversity of our sales associates and their citywide portfolio of unique properties have obviously struck a very positive chord with homebuyers and sellers.”
Bugg said that 2005 is already on track to be another record-breaking year. In addition, Lifestyles Realtors has begun a planned expansion into the Tampa Bay real estate market with the opening of its office in Tampa, as well as new offices in Atlanta, Orlando and Melbourne.
