Sandi Wagner, Managing Broker of Watson Realty’s Intracoastal Office, has been named the company’s Manager of the Year for 2004.
She joined the real estate industry in 1976 in Pennsylvania and in 1986 became licensed in the State of Florida where she became a Training Director and later Manager for a national franchise. She joined Watson in January 1992 and was named Manager of Watson’s Intracoastal Office.
Her office has grown from seven associates to over 50 and is ranked among the top five producing offices in the company. Her office sales volume has grown from $51.9 million in the year 2000 to $155.6 million closed in 2004.
In addition to her managerial duties, as a licensed instructor, Ms. Wagner has taught several advanced agent business planning seminars throughout the Jacksonville Region. She has also traveled to Watson’s other regions to present special Marketing and Business Planning sessions.
