Woodside Homes/North Florida Builders has eight new homes under construction and over a dozen new home designs available at MuraBella, a new community with family amenities located near the World Golf Village across from the King and Bear golf course.

Two of the four Woodside Homes/North Florida Builders models under construction will open this summer, The Siena from the Tuscan series and The Palma from the Roman series. The Siena is a 2,791 square foot home with four bedrooms and three baths while The Palma is a 2,659 square foot home with four bedrooms and two and a half baths.
Woodside Homes/North Florida Builders’ new home designs at MuraBella range from 1,755 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths on the homesites to 3,381 square feet with five bedrooms and four baths on the homesites.
