SRG Homes & Neighborhoods has introduced a new home design in Springfield called the Powell, a new three-story home that looks like a restored original.

The Powell is constructed to the Craftsman ideal popular at the turn of the century.
The three-bedroom home has a rocking chair front porch and a screened-in double deck porch at the back of the house. Ten-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, recessed lighting, extensive crown moulding, built-in bookcases, coffered ceilings and Judge’s paneling with drink rail are inside.
The kitchen features stainless steel European appliances and granite countertops.
There is also the option of adding a garage with storage or a garage apartment for a home office or granny suite. SRG’s homes also include cement-fiber lap siding, energy efficient heating and cooling systems, termite pre-treatments, and a security system. The Powell is priced starting in the high $300s.
