Wood names MuraBella builders

Four preferred builders have been selected for MuraBella, a 740-home master-planned community in northern St. Johns County. Classic American, A Lennar Company; CornerStone Homes; North Florida Builder, A Woodside Company; and Standard Pacific Homes have been chosen by the community’s developer, the Wood Development Company of Jacksonville.

CornerStone Homes will offer eight floorplans ranging between 1,795 and 3,230 square feet priced starting in the $240’s.

Classic American will offer nine floorplans between 1,811 and 3,000 square feet of living space, priced to start in the $250’s.

Woodside Homes, North Florida Builders is offering 14 of their newest floorplans ranging from 1755 square feet on a sixty-five foot home site to 3,381 square feet on an eighty-five foot home site. Prices range from mid-$200’s to mid-$400’s.

Standard Pacific Homes will offer three floorplans from the low-$260’s to the high-$470’s. Although owned by Standard Pacific, the builder will continue to operate under the name of Coppenbarger Homes.
