Plans to develop Harbour View Town-Homes, a 20-unit luxury community off Atlantic Blvd. In Jacksonville were recently announced by Harbour View LLC.
Harbour View is on Joe Andy Road and adjacent to Queen’s Harbour Yacht and Country Club. It’s made up of four buildings with five townhouses in each building. Each townhome will have its own private elevator service to over 2700 square feet of living space spread over three floors.

The site plan and building elevations reflect the design concept for the private gated community with its own pool complex, the Mediterranean design tile roofs and an extensive use of pavers. The floor plans offer four bedroom, three and one-half bathroom designs with an elevator and two-car garage. Concrete block first floors and fire walls, tall ceilings, eight-foot doors, granite counters, extensive tiling and wood flooring and a top of the line appliance package are featured. Ownership includes a membership into Queen’s Harbour Golf and Country Club.
