Mercedes Homes is introducing three new model homes in Brighton Park, a community of town homes in west Jacksonville.
The three new model homes range in size from the Julington Cay with 1,349 square feet, two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths to the Atlantic Cay with 1,682 square feet, three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths.
The third model, the St. John’s Cay, has 1,546 square feet, three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. This model features a two-story foyer with a balcony. The St. John’s Cay has an open kitchen/ family/dining area and the kitchen features an island and pantry. The dining area includes a sliding glass door leading to the covered lanai.
Each model home is stocked with special features including covered porches and one-car garages. Some have exterior courtyards. Lake view and cul-de-sac homesites are available. Prices for new townhomes in Brighton Park begin in the mid- $100s.
