Toll Brothers has opened its newest community in Northeast Florida-The Colony at Greenbriar.

“We are excited to open this fabulous new community for sale,” said Gregg Smith, project manager. “The Colony at Greenbriar offers the perfect location-surrounded by every convenience-yet it’s tucked within several acres of lush landscaping.”

The Colony at Greenbriar is located next to Switzerland Point Middle School east of State Road 13 in Northwest St. Johns County. The Colony at Greenbriar has 85-foot executive home sites with prices starting in the mid $500s. Of the 250-acre community, only 125 acres will be developed, giving homeowners views of the preserve areas, as well as the lakes.

“These home sites have beautiful preserve and lakefront views,” said project manager Gregg Smith. “The area really has that Old Mandarin feel.”

The community will eventually include 143 homes. Toll Brothers has opened 14 of those sites for sale currently. Toll Brothers is offering six floor plans and 18 exterior elevations in The Colony at Greenbriar.

The Willow Heritage model home is currently under construction with an expected completion date of spring 2006. The family room is the focal point of the Willow Heritage as you enter through the two-story foyer. This two-story, three bedroom, three bath and two half-bath home features formal living and dining rooms, a study, and a breakfast nook off the kitchen. This 3,553 square-foot home has a three-car garage and master bedroom on the first floor.

The amenity center, scheduled to open in spring of 2007, will include a pool, cabana house and a multi-purpose athletic field and tot lot. The community is expected to be fully occupied and completed within four years.

Sales are currently being conducted at the community.
