The City-sponsored United Way fund-raiser in Hemming Plaza turned the normally quiet lunch area into the place to be Friday afternoon. In addition to the normal Friday Downtown Farmer’s Market (which was actually moved to a different area of the park), there were several booths set up with games, guessing contests and even chair massages.
