Atlanta-based Julian LeCraw & Company has opened an office in Northeast Florida following a series of successful condominium developments and record-breaking sales at its latest community, Belleza at Ponte Vedra.
The firm, which has nearly 50 years of experience in multi-family development and condominium conversions in Atlanta, Jacksonville and Charleston, SC, opened its five-person office at 822 AIA North, Suite 208 in Ponte Vedra Beach.
Julian LeCraw & Company has converted five condominium communities in the Jacksonville area including The Grand Reserve, The Villas at Marsh Landing, The Palms at Marsh Landing, Belleza at Ponte Vedra, and their newest community, Summer House in Old Ponte Vedra.
It was sales at Belleza that helped secure Julian LeCraw & Company’s future in Northeast Florida. The company staged a grand opening for the 260-home community in mid-January. By June, all homes in Belleza at Ponte Vedra were sold. The sales pace set a record for the company’s sales in Northeast Florida. The Belleza at Ponte Vedra condominium conversion became Julian LeCraw & Company’s fastest sell-out in Northeast Florida.
The company’s current condominium development, Summer House in Old Ponte Vedra, is shaping up to be another company record-breaker. The first phase of sales at Summer House was a quick sell-out, occurring in just four hours at the Grand Opening Party. The second phase of homes sold out in just three months. Appointments are currently being accepted for the third and final phase of Summer House, which includes homes located to the east of A1A. Based on the number of buyers on the priority waiting list who have already scheduled appointments, Phase III is expected to sell out just as fast.
