Richmond American Homes and Ryland Homes have been named the preferred builders for Sevilla at World Commerce Center — a 405-home master-planned community in northern St. Johns County developed by Wood Development Company.

To be built in two phases, the community will offer 53-foot and 63-foot homesites.

“Sevilla is going to be a wonderful neighborhood of single-family homes immersed in a distinct Mediterranean ambience,” said Rick Wood, President of the Wood Development Company. “After much thought and careful consideration, we came to the conclusion that Richmond American Homes and Ryland Homes were the builders best suited to make our vision of Sevilla a reality.”

Richmond American Homes will offer six floorplans in Sevilla. Priced to start in the $320s, Richmond American’s homes will range between 1,988 and 2,939 square feet while featuring three- and four-bedroom designs with two or two-and-one-half bathrooms.

Ryland Homes is offering fourteen floorplans in Sevilla with prices starting in the $260s. Ryland’s Discovery and Executive line homes will range from 1,487 to more than 3,000 square and feature three-, four-, or five-bedroom designs with two to four bathrooms.

Sevilla’s resident amenity center will offer a swimming pool along with a children’s water feature. Residents of Sevilla will have access to the community’s 2,059-square-foot clubhouse, which includes a multipurpose great room with full kitchen and covered veranda. For residents who partake in outdoor activities, the recreation area at Sevilla will host a children’s playground, multipurpose court, and large multipurpose park and field.
