Sheldon Good & Company Inc., a national commercial and residential real estate auction company, will auction a portfolio of 130 home sites in five counties located throughout central and northeastern Florida. The improved and unimproved lots vary in size from two to 50 acres. The auction will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 22 at the Embassy Suites in downtown Orlando. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m.

Bidders seminars will be held on March 14 in Putnam County and March 15, April 6 and April 20 at the Embassy Suites Downtown Orlando.

The home sites are located in Putnam, St. Johns, Flagler, Citrus, and Marion Counties. 118 of the lots to be sold are in Putnam County in the Interlachen area off Route 20, which runs between Jacksonville and Gainesville, and is scheduled to be widened from two to four lanes, creating a major east/west corridor across northern Florida. The other home sites are located south of Jacksonville in the Palm Coast area and near Ocala.

Financing will be available to 25 of the successful bidders for the Putnam County Home Sites. Thirty percent of the sites being offered in this auction will be sold regardless of price. The seller will finance $8,500 of the sales price amortized over 30 years with a five-year balloon.
