The beautifully landscaped community is adorned with brick-paved parkways. At Paloma, home owners can enjoy amenities such as the relaxing cabana and pool or the children s play area.
The first model is the Lauren, a 1,183 square-foot, two-story townhome with two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and an attached one-car garage. Its large kitchen maximizes storage space and is open to the dining room. The living room leads outside through a sliding glass door to a patio area. The large master bedroom and bathroom occupy the upstairs, along with a guest bedroom with bathroom suite and walk-in closet.
