WCI Communities has opened a second model at Casa Bella Carriage Homes at Hammock Dunes.

“The new model is ideally designed to demonstrate Casa Bella’s warmth and privacy of a single-family home with the ease and style of condominium living,” said Project Manager Jeff Maxwell. “The community is just steps from the ocean and residents enjoy magnificent panoramic views of either the golf course or ocean from their home as well as spectacular community amenities.”

Model 803 highlights The Palermo floor plan, a three bedroom, two-and-a-half bath design with vaulted ceilings on the third floor at Casa Bella.

Casa Bella Carriage Homes feature just three homes per building with one residence per floor, each with its own two-car garage, screened lanai and elevators.

In addition to The Palermo on the top floor, other floor plans offered at Casa Bella include the Toscana and the Milano. The Toscana on the ground level provides direct access from the garage to the residence while the Milano on the second level features a oversized sundeck veranda.

Casa Bella’s community amenity area includes a neighborhood pool pavilion, grill pavilion, fitness center and beach walkover. Casa Bella Carriage homes are priced starting in the $700s.

WCI has several condominiums at Hammock Dunes including Portofino, Savona, Cambria, Tuscany, Casa Bella, and the newly released Le Jardin. Prices for the residences range from the upper $700s to over $3.5 million.
