Ryland Homes has opened a new phase with 16 townhome sites at Biscayne Bay Town Homes off I-295 on Biscayne Blvd. and Duval Rd. in North Duval County
Jeff Agar, president of Ryland Homes in the Jacksonville region, said two and three bedroom town homes at Biscayne Bay are priced from the $150s. Ryland Homes sold out over 100 town homes in the first phase at Biscayne Bay, he said.
Altogether there will be 270 Biscayne Bay Town Homes.
Community amenities include a swimming pool, cabana, and tot lot.
