Watson hands out annual honors

Watson Realty Corp. named Pat Smith, managing broker of the St. Augustine office, as Manager of the Year and Director of Marketing Mary Hamilton as the recipient of a Special Service Award, at the company’s annual President’s Meeting.

Smith was the first person at Watson to earn the “E Pro” Designation in 2000, was selected as assistant manager in 2002 and manager in January of 2003. Watson stated that under her direction, the St. Augustine office achieved a 43.4 percent increase in sales in 2003, 32.8 percent increase in 2004, and a 51.7 percent increase in 2005. Smith was selected as a member of Watson’s Policy Board in 2005.

Hamilton joined the company in May of 2000 after serving as marketing manager for Clear Channel Outdoor and also the Director of Marketing at the Jacksonville Zoo. Watson lauded her for being “ instrumental in bringing the ‘20,000 Homes One Address’ and ‘Choose Watson, Get More’ branding, as well as television commercials, eye-catching post cards, and an updated and award-winning web-site.”

Mandarin South Office: Highest Per Person Productivity in Closed Volume, Jacksonville Region.

Palm Coast East Office: Highest Per Person Productivity in Closed Volume, North Central Region; Highest Per Person Productivity in Number of Transactions, company-wide.

Westside Office: Highest Net Increase in Associates, Jacksonville Region.

Putnam County: Highest Net Increase in Associates, North Central Region.

Intracoastal Office: Relocation Services Crown of Excellence, Outgoing Referrals.

St. Augustine Office: Relocation Services Honorable Mention, Outgoing Referrals.

Sunbeam Property Management Division: Largest Increase in Rental Units.

St. Augustine Beach Property Management Division: Largest Increase in Revenue.
