New models at Palencia
Five new models homes are now open in Avila at Palencia, Crosswinds Communities condominium neighborhood located inside Palencia.The models are located within La Terraza Condominiums.
La Terraza offers five floorplans priced from the low $200s to the $300s and are situated in four-story buildings with covered walkways and elevators. Each comes with a covered terrace. Avila is situated on 40 acres of preserve near Palencia’s entrance.
American Brokers Conduit opens office
American Brokers Conduit, the wholesale division of American Home Mortgage Investment Corp., a publicly held mortgage Real Estate Investment Trust, has opened a wholesale branch offices in Jacksonville.
The Jacksonville branch officially opened Nov. 1, although a small crew of operations and sales professionals has been present since September under the guidance of Vice President and Branch Manager Paul Ottendorf.
“The Jacksonville branch has made tremendous progress through the opening process and officially opened for business in just 45 days—30 days ahead of schedule,” said Ottendorf, who joined ABC Sept. 15 with 17 years of banking and financial experience.
Ottendorf previously served as the senior vice president of Correspondent Lending Strategic Support for Washington Mutual Bank.
