Davidson Realty, Inc. named its Agents of the Year for 2005 at its annual banquet last month at Epping Forest Yacht Club. The awards, based on teamwork, attitude and production, include Closing Agent of the Year, Sales Agent of the Year and Listing Agent of the Year.
Pauline Cake was the big winner of the night. She was named Closing Agent of the Year with more than $14 million in closings and Listing Agent of the Year with $9 million in listings sold for 2005. She also raked in more than $16 million in sales. For her efforts, Cake and her family received a seven-day Disney Cruise to the Caribbean.
With $19 million in sales, John Monaco was presented with the award for Sales Agent of the Year. Monaco was also lauded for more than $8 million in closings for the year, winning a five-night trip to Scottsdale, Arizona with accommodations at The Phoenician and golf excursions on four top-ranked courses.
Cake’s real estate career began in California before joining Davidson Realty in 2002. Prior to joining The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village’s sales team, she worked at the World Golf Village Renaissance Resort as a human resources administrator. Cake’s partner is her husband Woody, who is also a licensed agent.
Before joining Davidson in 2004, Monaco assisted with the launch of Laterra at World Golf Village, a resort condominium community located at the King & Bear golf course. He also spent two years in the general real estate market in the Denver metro area. The St. Augustine resident’s career also includes a 20-year stint as an athletic supervisor in the park and recreation business in Colorado.
In addition, the following agents were honored:
