Engle Homes will build a total of 81 homes in the Heritage Landing community at the World Golf Village, where nearly 20 homes and a model are already under construction.
New homes by Engle Homes at Heritage Landing are priced from the mid-$200s and are under construction on homesites, many of which back up to nature preserves and woodland areas. The floor plans are among the homebuilder’s newest designs and were created especially for the Heritage Landing community.
While some of the home plans feature one-story elevations, the majority of the floor plans are stylish two-story homes - which have been gaining popularity among Engle homebuyers.
Engle Homes is readying a model home for Heritage Landing. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom Brighton II floor plan is priced from the low-$300s and boasts 2,224 square feet of interior space and a full stucco exterior with stone accents.
The two-story home features a formal dining room and family room with a 36-inch ventless gas fireplace and trey ceiling. The owner’s suite also is designed with a trey ceiling. A covered patio, two-car garage and optional fourth bedroom are also part of this home, which is under construction next to a community park.
Other Engle Homes designs available at Heritage Landing include the 1,651-square-foot Bedford, the 1,726-square-foot Brighton, the 2,197-square-foot Biltmore, the 2,452-square-foot Bristol and the 2,695-square-foot Bristol II. All of the Engle homes being offered at Heritage Landing include designer kitchens with 42-inch upper kitchen cabinets, recessed lighting, premium GE appliances and master baths with garden tubs, marble vanity tops and separate ceramic tile showers. Chrome-finish Delta faucets and fixtures are in the kitchens and bathrooms of the homes. Knockdown ceilings and Mohawk carpeting are also included.
Heritage Landing is a 680-acre community near Six Mile Creek and the St. Johns River. It is the newest community in The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village and is anchored by Camp Heritage, a rustic clubhouse surrounded by a woodland preserve.
Many activities and amenities can be found at the camp, including an open-air picnic pavilion, tennis courts, a Junior Olympic swimming pool, a waterslide resembling a forest lookout tower, a wading stream, an adventure playground and an activity area featuring ample space for horseshoes, volleyball and shuffleboard.
A campfire area and an outdoor movie screen are also part of the array of family amenities. The community offers trail connections from the camp to the neighborhoods and an RV and boat storage area.
