Circuit Court Judge Mallory Cooper was presented with a drawing of the new County Courthouse during her investiture ceremony Wednesday. Circuit Judge Charles Arnold said the new courthouse would be built on Atlantic Boulevard by a private contractor and named after Cooper since she doesn’t currently have a permanent courtroom.
