Ryland Homes reports it sold 12 new townhomes on opening day at The Villages at Bartram Springs located off Race Track Road and U.S. 1 in south Duval County.
Jeff Agar, president of Ryland Homes in the Jacksonville area, said 24 three- and four-bedroom town homes with one- and two-car garages in the first phase are priced from the $190s since its founding in 1967.
