Robert Fleischmann, loan officer at the SunTrust Mortgage office in Jacksonville, was recently honored at the company’s 2006 sales awards conference for having achieved the highest customer satisfaction rating among all loan officers. Fleischmann received the award in March at an awards banquet held at the Atlantis resort in Paradise Island, Bahamas, where the top 10 percent of SunTrust Mortgage’s retail loan officers were in attendance. Awards were presented for achievement in various categories including service quality.

An 18-year veteran of the mortgage business and a six-year employee of SunTrust Mortgage, Fleischmann has consistently been recognized for his customer service. “To me, providing quality customer service is more than just good follow-up. It’s making sure that the customer is comfortable with every step of the application/approval process,” said Fleischmann.
Fleischmann specializes in construction lending; alternative lending, as well as traditional home purchase and refinance loans. His service area includes Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. He has ranked number one in overall customer satisfaction in Florida for the past two years out of a group of more than 370 loan officers.
