Waterway Oaks has first residents
Waterway Oaks at Oyster Bar Harbour has its first homeowners in the 94-home master-planned near Fernandina Beach.
Anthony Giannetti and his wife Sandy are expected to move into their new home in Waterway Oaks before the end of the year. A retired dentist of 35 years, Dr. Giannetti and his wife moved from Cape Cod where they lived for about four years before venturing down to Florida.
The Giannettis chose Watson Custom Home Builders’ Heron design.
