Julian Place at Olde Mandarin is open for sales with 10 homes on cul-de-sac homesites by Arthur Rutenberg Homes. There are five new home designs including the St. Augustine IV, a 3,337 square foot home. All homes will be a minimum of 3,000 square feet and priced starting in the low $700’s.
