Century 21 gives out '06 awards

Gloria Worley of Century 21 St. Augustine Properties was recognized as the top agent in gross closed commissions at the Century 21 Northeast Florida Broker Council’s annual awards event last month at the Jacksonville Marriott.

Worley was also named the Grand Centurion and is the number one Century 21 agent in Florida. She ranked 11th nationwide.

Wayne Altman of Century 21 Lighthouse Realty was recognized as the top agent in number of units sold and as Centurion Producer.

Lighthouse Realty won the award for top office in units and John T. Ferreira & Son won the award for top office in commissions.

Century 21 Atkins Realty and John T. Ferreira & Son’s Amelia Island and Yulee offices were awarded the Quality Service Pinnacle award.

John T. Ferreira & Son was also awarded the President’s award and Centurion award.

Lighthouse Realty and St. Augustine Properties were awarded the Gold Medallion office award.

The Fennell Team of Century 21 Atkins Realty was awarded the Quality Service Team award.

During the event, three new Special Century 21 Regional awards were given out.

• Grace Lipman of Century 21 John T. Ferreira & Son was awarded the Centurion Honor Society award.

• Raymond Harris of Century 21 Harris Real Estate & Assoc. was given a special award acknowledging his 40 years of service as a Century 21 agent.

• Century 21 Lighthouse Realty received the Per Person Productivity Award.

Gary Larson, regional service director of the Century 21 Northeast Florida Broker Council, was on hand to emcee the night and comment on the recent market changes.

“Our market was not hit as bad as other areas of the country,” said Lawson. “It’s just a matter of time before it turns around.”

Century 21 has 8,400 offices in 46 countries and over 146,000 agents.
