Ryland buys in Clay
Ryland Homes has acquired 190 home sites at Rolling Hills, located near Lake Asbury in Clay County, and plans to start construction of new single-family homes priced from the low $200s.
Three, four and five bedroom homes are planned.
Wisors win vacation drawing
Ronald and Margaret Wisor are The Pineapple Corporation’s winner of a $10,000 dream vacation. The 14 families who purchased in the first phase of Palermo prior to December 31 were entered in company’s dream destination prize drawing and the Wisors were drawn as the winners. Palermo’s first residents are expected to move in this summer. The development is on Hodges Boulevard just south of Beach Boulevard, and homes in The Magnifico Collection range from 2,489 to 3,245 square feet and are priced from the $500s while homes in The Primo Collection are priced from the $600s and range from 3,120 to 4,586 square feet.
Morrison has models in Nassau
Morrison Homes is is oepning two model homes in River Glen, located in Nassau County.
The models highlight the company’s Brookwood II and Windsor IV floor plans.
The Brookwood II is priced at $243,990 and features an optional fourth bedroom and three full baths. It has 2,300 square feet of space plus a covered lanai and two-car garage.
The 2,290-square-foot Windsor IV is also a four-bedroom, three-bath home with a large screened lanai. This model has a three-car garage and is priced at $272,990.
Morrison is offering 10 floor plans designed for its 50-foot homesites ranging from 1,558 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths to 2,824 square feet with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. There are six new home designs for buyers who desire a 60-foot homesite. Those plans range from a three-bedroom, two-bath, 1,925-square-foot home to a four-bedroom, three-bath home with 2,587 square feet.
Homes in River Glen are priced from the low-$200’s.
