Ryland has new designs
Ryland Homes has unveiled a new series of home exterior designs that are available at Doctors Inlet Reserve by Fleming Island in Clay County and at the Village of Northwoods in north Duval County off New Berlin Road.
The new Genesis C Series models with three, four and five bedroom floorplans range from 1,337 square feet of living space to 2,834 square feet offer six new front exteriors and are priced from the $180s to the low $300s.
Drees ready at Dunn Creek Pointe
Drees Homes has opened a model and several market homes at Dunn Creek Pointe.
Located on Creek Point Boulevard off Pulaski Road, Dunn Creek Pointe homes are priced from the $220’s. There are five floorplans ranging from 1,700 to 2,900 square feet and Drees will be building on 65 of the community’s 129 homesites.
The Bartram model is a 2,630-square-foot, four-bedroom with bonus, two-and-one-half-bath design.
Vanguard wins GMAC awards
Vanguard Realty has been named a Top 10 GMAC company and several Vanguard teams received Production Awards at the company’s recent convention in Ft. Lauderdale.
Susan Kennedy’s team took home a Top 10 Closed Units award along with a Top 10 Gross Commission Income Award. Kim Knapp’s team took home a Top 10 Closed Unit Team and Top 50 Gross Commission Income Award. Dana Hancock’s team was awarded Top 50 Closed Units and Top 50 Teams Gross Commission Income Awards. Rich Zeisel’s team came home with a Top 50 Closed Unit Award and a Top 50 Gross Commission Income Award as well. The Gross Commission Awards recognize those teams that produced the largest total Gross Commission Income for a year.
Robbins has Nassau lot
Victoria Robbins Realty is offering a large 1.75-acre, waterfront lot on Lofton Creek in Nassau County priced at $398,000. The navigable, deep-water parcel is situated near the end of Meadowfield Bluffs Road.

Mattamy expands design studio
Mattamy Homes has opened an expanded selection center at the company’s Jacksonville headquarters.
In nearly 2,700 square feet of space, Mattamy has installed replicas of its kitchen designs featuring the many finish options.
It is located on the second floor of 7800 Belfort Parkway near Southpoint, and is open by appointment Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
