The Mirasol, a new model by Arthur Rutenberg Homes, is scheduled to open soon at Montura, a Ponte Vedra Beach neighborhood offering estate-sized homes and homesites.
The Mirasol has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a three-car garage.
There are 18 homesites in the gated community and all homes will include barrel tile roofs, brick paver driveways and lanai areas. Homes are priced starting in the high $700s.
