Clay County Circuit Court Judges Dan Wilensky (left) and William Wilkes and Clay County Judge Timothy Collins had the “pleasure” of judging the cow patty tossing contest at last weekend’s Clay County Fair. Wilensky said the contest and the fair were both a really good time for the judges and those that attended the annual event.
