Gordon’s Castle is building three custom homes on estate homesites in a new gated neighborhood at Palencia.
The first is under construction at 642 Santa Teresa Court and the next is a Coastal Plantation home planned for 650 Santa Teresa Court.
These will be priced starting at more than $2.5 million. Gordon’s Castle is also building the Portfolio Collection of homes, priced from $1.5 million to $2.5 million.
