D.R. Horton is opening 13 new model homes within its Aberdeen master-planned community in northern St. Johns County.
There are numerous floorplans within six distinct communities. Single-family homes are priced from the mid-$210s and range in size from 1,740 to 3,406 square feet. Multi-family homes are priced from the high $130s and range in size from 1,079 to 1,473 square feet.
