• Smith Hulsey & Busey is the top-ranked commercial litigation firm in Jacksonville, according to the 2008 edition of Best Lawyers in America released this month. The firm, headquartered in Jacksonville since 1936, has three attorneys listed in the commercial litigation category of Best Lawyers in America, the most for any Jacksonville firm. In total, eight lawyers with the firm are listed in the legal guide, the most overall for any Jacksonville firm. In all, 126 Jacksonville lawyers with 60 different law firms were included in the legal guide. • According to Downtown Vision, Inc. the Downtown Historic Church Tour was attended by over 700 people. The Emergency Services and Homeless Coalition received 20 percent of the ticket sales from the tour.
