Toll Brothers has construction underway on two model homes from its Estate Collection in Coastal Oaks at Nocatee, a gated enclave within the master planned St. Johns County community.

“We approached our Estate Collection with the goal of creating distinctive designs featuring the utmost in standards and architectural integrity that withstand the test of time,” said Toll Brothers Vice President Jim Carraway. “When our new models are complete, visitors to Coastal Oaks at Nocatee will see that we have created something unique for this new community that will have a tremendous positive impact on Northeast Florida.”

Toll Brothers is building The San Lucca and The Rinaldi in Coastal Oaks. The two professionally decorated models are slated to be complete and ready for visitors by late spring.

The San Lucca is a 4,117-square-foot design with four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and a three-car garage. Options include a swimming pool overlooking the surrounding heavily wooded conservation area. The San Lucca is priced from the mid-$600s.

The Rinaldi model also includes four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. This 3,345-square-foot home features an open one-story floor plan with architectural influences from South Florida. Toll Brothers’ Rinaldi design is priced from the lower $600s.

Toll Brothers is offering a total of five designs from its Estate Collection in Coastal Oaks ranging from 3,120 to 4,117 square feet with four to five bedrooms and three-and-a-half to four baths. The homes include three-car garages, brick paved driveways, landscaping packages with an irrigation system using reclaimed water, granite kitchen countertops, crown moulding in the living room, dining room and foyer, a gas fireplace, and microwave tower with a separate cooktop - all as standard features.

Homes in the Estate Collection back up to one of the many conservation areas throughout Nocatee, providing residents with private backyards. Toll Bothers’ Estate Collection, as well as all of its homes in the initial phases of Nocatee, include a DuPont(tm) StormRoom(tm), a new in-home storm shelter re-enforced with Kevlar and steel.

The neighborhood of Coastal Oaks will feature new designs from Toll Brothers’ Ambassador, Estate, Legacy and Signature collections. The neighborhood will offer residents a clubhouse with a fully-equipped fitness center, three resort-style swimming pools, a grand multi-purpose room with kitchen to host neighborhood gatherings, tennis courts, multi-purpose ball fields, a basketball court and a community park.
