WCI Communities has opened two decorated models at its Casa Bella Carriage Homes at Hammock Dunes. Furnishings were provided by Robb & Stuckey. The new models have been designed to reflect the community’s Toscana and Milano floor plans, which both feature three bedrooms and two and one-half baths.
Both models also offer large kitchens with granite countertops and wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.
Casa Bella Carriage Homes feature three homes per building with one residence per floor, each with its own private two-car garage, screened lanai and elevators. In addition to the Toscana and the Milano, the Palermo floor plan is located on the third floor and offers vaulted ceilings.
Hammock Dunes is a 997-acre golf and beachfront community in Palm Coast. WCI has several luxury condominiums at Hammock Dunes including Portofino, Savona, Cambria, Tuscany, Le Jardin and the recently released Arezzo. Prices for the residences range from the upper $700s to more than $3.5 million.
