Miami-based American Land Ventures is five floors away from topping off the Peninsula, the 37-story condominium on the Southbank. The tower is at 32 floors right now and, with construction going through the night, it won’t be long before the tower is topped off. When completed, the Peninsula will have 234 units while its sister project — the Strand (in the foreground) — is done and about 100 of its 295 units have been leased.
