The St. Joe Company and Regency Centers recently unveiled www.EastSanMarco.com, a new Web site for East San Marco, a mixed-use development on the corner of Hendricks Avenue and Atlantic Boulevard in San Marco.
The multi-functioning Web site allows browsers to view images of San Marco, review floor plans and keep up with the latest East San Marco news and events. Detailed maps and listings of local retail shops and restaurants are also available.
“A tremendous amount of effort has gone into making this Web site a user friendly resource for its visitors,” said Nick Cassala, president of the Northeast/Central Florida region for St. Joe. “It is easy to navigate and will be continually updated with the newest photos, details and information available about East San Marco.”
Upon completion, East San Marco will consist of 147 town homes and condominiums, 32 at Parkside and 115 in The Residences, as well as approximately 55,000 square feet of retail space including a 30,000 square-foot Publix grocery store. A new parking garage will include nearly 400 additional parking spaces designated for residents and retail customers.
“Historic San Marco is one of the most unique areas in North Florida and residents of East San Marco will have immediate access to the heart of San Marco Square,” said Cassala. “Browsers of EastSanMarco.com will have the opportunity to view all of the excitement that San Marco has to offer with a click of their mouse.”
