Commercial Maintenance Co. is hard at work tearing out walls in the basement at Park Place Pavilion on West Monroe Street this week. The entire building, with the exception of the Subway sandwich shop, is being renovated and will be the new home of the Dalton Agency. Demolition is expected to take another six weeks and the advertising and public relations firm will move into its new digs later this year.
