Six year-old Kateanna Debro (center) got a new pair of flip flops Tuesday from Sarah Green (left) and Camille Gregg, counselors at the Otis Smith Foundation’s Citi DREAM Camp. Tropical Smoothie Cafe surprised 120 kids and 30 counselors with free smoothies and new flip flops for the summer. The free, month-long camp for disadvantaged kids includes field trips and educational programs for 150 kids.
