Davidson Realty honors top agents

Davidson Realty presented its top agent awards for 2006 - Closing Agent of the Year, Sales Agent of the Year and Listing Agent of the Year - at the company’s annual banquet at Epping Forest Yacht Club.

For the second year in a row, Pauline Cake was the company’s Closing Agent of the Year with more than $15 million in closings in 2006 and Listing Agent of the Year with more than $6 million in listings sold and more than $11 million in total sales. She was awarded $8,000 in travel vouchers toward a Disney Cruise. Cake has won numerous quarterly and monthly top agent honors in her five years with the company.

With more than $10 million in total sales, Lyn Sappington was named Sales Agent of the Year. She was also honored for $12 million in closings for 2006. Sappington, who was also the company’s agent of the fourth quarter and December top listing agent, has been the top sales agent numerous times since joining the company in 2004.

Rosewood has Eagle Landing models

Rosewood Homes is offering two homes in the Eagle Landing enclave of Harbor Town that are ready now.

Priced from the mid-$400s, The Savannah and The Hartford are both four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom homes.

The Savannah has a formal family room and dining room and a gourmet kitchen giving residents flexibility with living and entertaining areas.

LandMar finishing at North Hampton

LandMar Group is closing out North Hampton and offering incentives on the community’s last remaining homesites. Buyers can choose to receive a 10 percent developer rebate or pay no closing cost, no interest for a year and no association fees for a year. In addition, buyers will have up to four years to build and have the opportunity to bring in the builder of their choice.

Priced from the $100,000s and up before incentives, many of the homesites have beautiful views of the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, the surrounding wooded preserve or community lakes. A few are a half-acre or larger.

Ryland has St. Johns homes

Ryland Homes has started construction of eight single family model homes priced from the $260s at Durbin Crossing, located off Russell Sampson Rd. between Racetrack Rd. and C.R. 210 in St. Johns County.

Jeff Agar, president of Ryland Homes in the Jacksonville region, said all eight model homes will open in May and presales are underway now. Altogether, Ryland plans to build 353 new singlefamily homes at Durbin Crossing in three, four and five bedroom designs.
