New Berlin Elementary School Principal Deidra Johnson helps Jacksonville Port Authority employees and fifth-graders Sam Mankins, Josh Ortiz, Josh Hawkes and Connor Flynn shovel dirt over a time capsule the school buried Wednesday morning.
