Ryland Homes is unveiling a new series of floor plan designs at Pine Ridge, a new community of single family homes 1.8 miles west of Blanding Blvd. off Old Jennings Rd. in Clay County.
Sheryl Vaughn, a marketing manager for Ryland Homes in the Jacksonville region, said the new three and four bedroom floor plans range in size from 1,555 square feet of living space to 2,368 square feet and offer two and three baths.
The Bedford, Copeland, Danbury and Emerson floor plans are priced from $229,990 to $285,990, Vaughn said.
