Drees has opened a new model at Waterbrook Falls.
The model, the Arlington, is a 2,403-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-and-one-half-bath design.
Situated in Northwest Jacksonville off Trout River Blvd., Waterbrook Falls has eight floorplans ranging from 1,698 to 2,800 square feet of living space and priced starting in the $200’s.
