At Friday’s adoption hearings at the Duval County Courthouse, the Seymour family was celebrating. Within the whole family, seven children — all of whom are related — have been adopted. Friday was National Adoption Day and Circuit Court Judges David Gooding and Waddell Wallace performed over 30 adoption hearings.
