ICI Homes has opened the first phase with 245 new home sites at Palencia North, a gated luxury community the company is developing off U.S. 1 just north of St. Augustine.
Three, four and five bedroom homes will be priced from the $450s to the $750s.
ICI Homes recently started construction of a $6 million community center at Palencia that includes a fitness center and an eight-lane competition swimming pool. It will open next fall.
