Ryland Homes has opened Pine Ridge, a new community of single family homes in Clay County off Old Jennings Road.
Three newly decorated models are now open, priced from the low $200s. Three car garages and bonus rooms are available on selected plans.
In the fall, Ryland will start construction of a resort-style amenity center at Pine Ridge that will feature a swim park with water slide, tennis courts, outdoor amphitheater, ball field, dog park and walking trails.
